Our Spumanti were born out of pure sentiment: the Classic Method as a gesture of thanks to the founder – Anacleto Bonelli – and the Charmat Method as an expression of our path towards sustainability – Mother Earth. The first to accompany the important moments, the others versatile and pleasant for every occasion.
We have dedicated this collection of ours to one of the greatest protagonists of Italian opera, the famous librettist from Piacenza Luigi Illica. His most famous librettos, from which the names of the wines are taken, are the Puccini works La Bohème, Tosca, Madama Butterfly and, by Umberto Giordano, Andrea Chénier.
Our historic line offers the classic wines of the Piacenza hills for everyday drinking. Simple and sincere wines, produced with the same care and attention that distinguish all the other lines.
From the vineyard of property derive wines only in selected vintages and in limited quantities. They are added to our classic collections and are the result of research to obtain particular productions.
