after a long and demanding journey in 2012 we obtained the IFS certification. The decision to certify the production process throughout the supply chain was dictated by the desire to improve, to never feel as if we had arrived, indeed aware that the space for development and growth has no limits. Since then we have been certified with an ever increasing higher level score.
In 2011, in line with the decision to start a path towards sustainability, we started working organic grapes from the Trebbia valley. The unchanged environment that characterizes the valley has stimulated us to commit ourselves to the conservation of its biodiversity and the enhancement of its products.
The company is certified to produce organic wines, the most representative: Trebbianino Val Trebbia and Barbera, vinified without added sulphites since 2017. In 2019 we also started the process of converting the Due Querce vineyard to organic.
